As you may have noticed, there’s been a bit of a lack of updates lately on this blog. I’ve been busy moving studios, actually, and I’m happy to say that I’m now finally set up in my new studio space. I broke out the paint brushes on Friday and began working in my new space.

This newest piece I’m working on is a slight departure from my previous works, as I’ve gone back to working on wood panel. But I’m still keeping with the same theme and aesthetics of my current Of Myth and Men series. I’m currently working between this new painting and a couple of commissions at the moment, it’s good to have a few things on the go at the same time, especially when working with oils. Especially when there are so many layers of clouds to be painted…!
