Culture Crawl Time

My exhibition is coming to a close in a few days, but things aren’t slowing down yet, as I will be taking part in the 13th Annual Eastside Culture Crawl this year.  My open studio details are:

Studio 7, 1310 William Street (at Clark Drive), Vancouver, BC
Opening Night: Friday, November 20, Hours: 5 – 10pm
Day 2: Saturday, November 21 (11am – 6pm)
Day 3: Sunday, November 22 (11am – 6pm)

Last year was my first time opening up my studio to the public, and it was great fun meeting lots of people and hearing all the different feedback.  It’s actually been quite a whirlwind of a year since last November, as my solo exhibition actually grew out of the Crawl, and a busy year is drawing to a close.

I was also interviewed earlier this week by The Georgia Straight, the free local news and events paper that comes out every week in Vancouver.  They are sponsoring the Eastside Culture Crawl this year and next Thursday’s issue will be featuring a special pull-out section devoted to the Crawl and its 300 artists.  I will post more next week once the Straight comes out, so check back then.

In the meantime, if you have not yet had a chance to see my exhibition The Way We Were, it runs until 5pm this Saturday, so there are still a couple of days left!!
